  We ordered Uber Eats a couple nights ago and our order was canceled due to them closing early. When we went there tonight in person they made it right. The wings were hot and tasty. Even provided extra sauce on the side. Really took care of us.
  
  Truthfully, don't use the 3rd party delivery services for this establishment. Order from them directly or go pick it up yourself. Much better experience and quality.

  I'm very sorry to say this, but I'll never go to Wing-it again.  But the sad part is that they won't care.
  
  I used to go to Wing it a lot because I don't live far from it at all.  I would go there for a good selection of chicken wings and ribs. So days that I didn't feel like cooking ribs, I'd go to Wing it and pick up the Real Deal Meal.  I hadn't gone there in a couple of years because I had invested in a cool smoker and made my own ribs.
  This past Sunday, I thought since I'm walking home, I'll stop at Wing it. there was only one menu with half of it gone so I couldn't see what was being offered on the left of the changed menu.  I ask the person at the counter what is chopped off on the menu?  He said oh, it's on the wall.
  The missing part of the menu was now Chinese food selections but it was written in Chinese on the wall.  I felt like I wasn't really wanted in this establishment.  I've been accommodated more in Chinatown.  So I got my wings & fries which were not the same (watery sauce on the wings), and decided I'm not going there anymore.  They exchanged the Ribs for Chinese food. There are many places where I already go for Asian food,(there's one in my building complex) Wing it is just feet away from Super 88.  The best wings in that area is T's Pub.

  Despite the reviews from other customers, my order was accurate and pretty good. My order came quickly and the wings were delicious.

  Ordered delivery. They cancelled my order without calling and telling me. There was also no explanation for the cancellation. I got an email notification but who is constantly monitoring email? I didn't figure it out for some time. This is just bad service. A simple call would have saved me an hour waiting for nothing. I won't order from here again.

  This place is just SAD. My friend and I were really looking forward to trying this place out after passing by so many times, but our experience here just left us SUPER disappointed. We ordered wings with honey glaze garlic and found it to be worse than alright. The sauce was watery, thus lacking in flavor. The sauce is literally all in the bottom and even if you drench the chicken in the sauce, you don't taste any hint of flavor. It's honestly as if the cook didn't even try :(
  
  And to add more disappointment, my friend and I dined in and found the service here to be completely lacking. The only employee working out front clearly saw that my friend and I were sharing an order of wings, yet he did not even offer us any plates that we can use. So my friend and I had to use napkins as substitutes...not only was it inconsiderate but it made me feel so uncomfortable to not even have a clean plate to put down my food in between bites. Not really asking for much here, just basic dining tableware! Plus, the employee running the cashier was just cold and unfriendly. You could clearly see that he hated his job...which I don't blame him for since I don't think anyone would want to at this run-down, low quality joint! I will never come back here again. Boston Wing It definitely did not 'wing- it' for me!!
